Overview:

Duties:

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting menu items
- Take and serve food and beverage orders
- Provide recommendations on specials and menu items
- Ensure accuracy in order taking and delivery
- Handle cash and credit card transactions using POS systems
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
- Uphold high standards of customer service and hospitality

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a restaurant setting is preferred
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in using cash registers and POS systems is preferred
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and culinary terms
- Excellent sales skills to upsell menu items and specials
- Ability to maintain positive guest relations under pressure
